Returns / Exchanges
We strive to provide you, our customer, with the highest quality and largest selection of Bridal Headpieces, Tiaras, Veils and Accessories available anywhere. Your 100% satisfaction is our utmost concern and our guarantee.
Except for custom items as outlined below, if you purchase a product from us and it does not meet your needs, we'll gladly exchange it for another product from our extensive collection or issue a refund. If you choose an exchange, and the product you choose as a replacement costs less, we will refund the difference. After one exchange, if the exchanged product does not meet your satisfaction, we will issue a refund upon receipt of the return.
Shipping charges, rush order fees or drop-shipment charges are the customers responsibility and will not be refunded (unless the product has factory defects, was damaged in shipping or the wrong product was sent). In such case, White Dove Bridal will pay for return shipping charges for the cost of Parcel Post or First Class Mail with the U.S. Postal Service. For International returns due to defect, damage or the wrong item sent, White Dove Bridal will pay for return shipping charges via Ground or Standard Airmail delivery.
Eligible returns purchased using PayPal, or purchased with a Money Order or Cashiers Check, will not be subject to a re-stocking fee. However, all other eligible returns will be charged a 5% re-stocking fee to help recover Bank and Credit Card fees paid when processing the customers credit card.
It's not our normal policy to sell multiple Headpieces and/or Veils to a customer for evaluation. If we do make an exception, any returned item for an exchange or refund will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee (in addition to the re-stocking fee mentioned above).
Non-returnable & Exchangeable Only Products
Erica Koesler Veils, LC Bridal Veils, opened factory sealed packages (i.e. Hosiery), Rhinestone, Pearl/Rhinestone, Pearl Edge Veils, Custom Orders (i.e. Tiaras with added colored stones, 54" width veils, special order veils, sparkle colored veils, custom colored edge veils, custom colored veils, veils with added pearl or rhinestone accents, and "Hand Crafted" Mariell Jewelry) are not exchangeable (see exceptions below) and are non-returnable for a refund (except for styles in-stock and purchased from our On-Sale pages and/or styles that come with scattered pearls, bugle beads and/or rhinestones as standard). If such products have factory defects, were damaged in shipping, the wrong color or style was sent, then White Dove Bridal will exchange the product with the same or correct style and color. Ballet Shoes can be exchanged one time only.
Defective or Damaged Products
We fully guarantee all of our products to be free from factory defects and workmanship. If any product is found to be defective, or has been damaged in shipping, we will refund or exchange. Refunds or credits will not be given for products used, or with damage caused by customer misuse or neglect.
To receive a refund or exchange for products purchased from us, the following conditions apply:
You fill out our on-line "RMA Return Request Form" within 7 days of delivery of your order. (Note: A delivery attempt by the carrier is considered delivery). Once completed and approved, we will provide you with your RMA Number via your E-mail address.
The RMA # provided to you is written clearly on the outside of the return box (preferably next to the shipping address). Returns received by us without an RMA # written on the box will be refused.
The item(s) returned to us must be in original condition and not modified or altered in any way.
Price tags or style tags must not be removed.
Item(s) must be returned in similar type packaging as received. You must not return veils and/or headpieces in any kind of envelope. We ship veils and headpieces in sturdy boxes to protect them from damage during shipment. We ask that you extend us the same courtesy with your return. Returns of Veils and/or Headpieces sent in any type of envelope will void the customer's warranty and will be refused.
The item(s) must be shipped back to us (postmarked) within 15 days from when the order was delivered to you (see delivery attempt above), or before your wedding date or event (whichever comes first).
You enclose a printed copy of your sales or on-line order receipt with your return.
Customers must follow this policy in returning items, and the returned items must be delivered to White Dove Bridal before the customer is eligible for an exchange or refund.
