For Order Cancellations,
CLICK HEREWe strive to provide you, our customer,
with the highest quality and largest selection of Bridal Headpieces, Tiaras,
Veils and Accessories available anywhere. Your complete 100% satisfaction is our
utmost concern and our guarantee.
If you purchase a product from us and it
does not meet your needs, we'll gladly exchange it for another product from our
extensive collection or issue a refund. If you choose an exchange, and the product you choose as a replacement costs
less, we will refund the difference. After one exchange, if the exchanged
product does not meet your satisfaction, we will issue a refund upon
receipt of the return.
Shipping charges, rush order fees
or drop-shipment charges are the customers responsibility and will not be
refunded (unless the product has factory defects, was damaged in shipping or the
wrong product was sent). In such case, White Dove Bridal will pay for return
shipping charges for the cost of Parcel Post Mail with the Postal Service or UPS Ground Shipping.
Except for purchases of multiple veils and/or headpieces to
see which style a customer likes, or for Erica Koesler styles,
we do not charge a re-stocking fee on
returns. However, Erica Koesler styles, which are returned for a refund,
are subject to a 50% re-stocking fee (except for styles shown to have factory
defects, were damaged in shipping or the wrong item was sent). Exchanges for all
Erica Koesler styles are limited to the same style and color ONLY. If
allowed, customers
ordering multiple veils and/or headpieces will be charged a 25% re-stocking fee
on all styles returned for a refund or exchange.
Non-returnable &
Exchangeable Only Products
We're sorry, but opened Family Medallions, Videos, DVD's, Music CD's, Rhinestone or Pearl Edge Veils, Custom Orders (i.e.
54" width veils, special length veils,
sparkle veils,
custom colored veil edgings, veils with added
pearl or rhinestone accents, changes made to our Headpiece/Veil
combinations, engraved or personalized products and "Hand Crafted" Mariell
Jewelry) are not returnable for a
refund. If such products have
factory defects, were damaged in shipping or the wrong
product was sent, then White Dove Bridal will replace the product with same
style and color.
Shoes & Flower Girl dresses can be exchanged for the same
style, another style and/or in a different size
(one time only). Slips and Bustier styles can be exchanged for any
other item(s) on our site. Such exchanged item(s) can only be exchanged for
same if found to be defective.
Defective or Damaged Products
We fully guarantee all of our products to be free from factory defects and
workmanship. If any product is found to be defective, or has been damaged in
shipping, we will refund or exchange. Refunds or credits will not be given for
products used, or with damage caused by customer misuse or neglect.
Return Requirements
To receive a refund or exchange for products purchased from us, the following
conditions apply:

You fill out our on-line "RMA
Return Request Form" within 7 days of receipt of your order. Once
completed and approved, we will provide you with your RMA # via your E-mail
address.

The RMA # provided to you is written clearly on
the outside of the return box (preferably next to the shipping address).
Returns received by us without an RMA # written on the box will be refused.

The item(s) returned to us must be in original condition and not modified or
altered in any way.

Price tags
or style tags must not be removed.

Item(s) must be returned in similar type packaging as received.

The item(s) must be
shipped back to us (postmarked) within
15 days
from when you received your order,
or before your wedding date or event (whichever comes first).

You enclose a printed copy of your sales
or on-line order receipt.
