All information provided to us via the Internet is encrypted for our customers privacy and safety.

We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input.

We reveal only the last five digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.

Our E-mail lists are kept in-house and will NEVER be sold or given to outside entities or businesses.

Your credit card numbers, billing address, and other personal data are accessed only by AUTHORIZED White Dove Bridal employees, and only for business related reasons.  We do not share your personal information with any other person or company.

All order information is kept on a secure server and not on our web server.

If there are any questions about an order, we will contact you via E-mail or phone, and we will not process your credit card until we are sure of the validity of the order.

If there is ever any suspicion of fraud or negligent use of credit cards, we work hand-in-hand with Visa, MasterCard and American Express's fraud departments. We will also involve local and/or federal authorities in the event that action is warranted.
