Cancellation of
Orders
Custom orders and all Erica Koesler
styles can not be cancelled once the order has been placed with our
designer and the item or items are in production.
Customers who refuse delivery of
non-custom items, the customers order will be considered cancelled and
subject to the cancellation fee mentioned below.
For credit card orders:
Your may modify or cancel your order if your request to do so is made before the
order has been processed, typically within two business days from when you
placed the order with us (or before the order has been shipped - whichever comes
sooner). Credit Card order cancellations must be made by
E-mail or via postal mail so both parties have written
confirmation. If the order
has been processed and the credit card charged, then a 10% cancellation fee will
be assessed. If your order has been shipped before a cancellation request
has been made, you will need to follow our
Return/Exchange Policy.
For orders paid by Money
Order: Your may modify or cancel your order if your request to
do so is received by us before the order has been processed and shipped.
Orders paid by Money Order are processed within one business day from when
payment has been received. If your order has been processed and shipped before a
cancellation request has been made, you will need to follow our
Return/Exchange Policy.
