Processing and shipping time

We are not the designer nor manufacture of the products we
sell. We are much like your local Bridal Shop, but on the Internet.
Unlike other on-line merchants, like Amazon.com, we do not
have the ability to display on our site which items are in or out-of-stock. Therefore, if you are concerned about the
availability
of a particular item or items, then we would recommend you either send us
an email or
call us Toll Free at: 1-866-778-8001 to check availability before placing
your order with us. Since we have
over 900 headpieces, veils and tiaras on our site, it is simply impossible to
keep all the styles and colors in our inventory. However, we do try and keep as
many of our standard veils on combs in stock at all times (as well as our
different sizes and color bustier styles and other items). However,
there are times when even normally in-stock items are sold out and will
have to be ordered. There are also
times when a particular style headpiece, veil, or any of our
other items, is back-ordered from our suppliers. In such cases, it
is our policy to contact the customer via e-mail, as soon as we are made
aware of such back-order, with an approximate availability date, so that
the customer can make a decision to either wait until the style becomes
available, to choose another style, or cancel the order.
Unless a product is back-ordered, an out-of-stock item is
normally shipped within three weeks (usually sooner) from the date the
order is placed. If for some reason the shipping time of three weeks
can not be met, then the customer will be notified via email.
Most of our suppliers will drop-ship
directly to our customers (for an additional charge of between $3 to $13 (depending on the
designer). If you
need your order (that is not currently in stock),
shipped quicker than our standard shipping time mentioned above, then contact us
by
E-mail or by phone (1-866-778-8001) to request that
your order be shipped directly from the designer (drop-shipped). It is very important that
you supply us with your earliest needed date (fitting, pictures, etc.) and your wedding date when
placing your order. By having these dates, we can then advise the customer
via e-mail if an item or items may need to be
drop-shipped directly from our supplier or a faster shipping method is needed to get the order to the
customer in time.
