If I choose Priority Mail shipping, will I receive my order in
two days?

Answer:
We ship orders to customers just as soon as we can. If an item is
out-of-stock, orders will ship just as soon as the item comes in. We
always notify the customer an estimated shipping time. |

2. Question:
How long does it take to ship orders?
|
|
Answer:
In-stock items are shipped within
3 business days. Depending upon availability, most
out-of-stock items are shipped within two
to three weeks (much
sooner if possible). In such cases, customers will be notified
via E-mail concerning the expected time of delivery. |

3. Question:
Is there a rush charge if I need my order quickly?
|
|
Answer:
There is no rush charge for in-stock items. However, orders needed in
two weeks or less (for out-of-stock items), may need to be shipped directly from
our designers. In such cases, there would be an additional charge of $3
added to your order. |

5. Question:
Does White Dove Bridal have
a Catalog?
|
|
Sorry, but we don't have a
printed catalog at this time. We simply have to many products in our
on-line store to economically produce a color catalog.
|

We believe our on-line pictures
are of the highest quality possible. We try to balance the quality of the
pictures with the down-loading speed to your computer. If you are not
seeing our pictures clearly, be sure that your Video Card is set to at least
"High Color". A lower setting of 256 colors will not display our pictures
clear enough for you to see the detail. If you are an AOL user, be sure to turn
off "compressed graphics". For assistance with this, we suggest contacting
your AOL Representative. |

7. Question:
How can I pay for my order?

We accept payment with:

Money Orders
and Cashiers Checks.
On-line orders (to be paid by check or Money Order) are
kept active for 10 business days. If payment has not been received within
14 days, the order will be cancelled. Once payment has been received, the order
will be processed. |

8. Question:
If I purchase a Headpiece/Veil
combination, can I return just the
Veil for a refund, or must I return both items?
|
|
Since we usually
discount a veil when purchased in combination with a headpiece, it is our policy
that if a customer purchases a Headpiece/Veil combination (the Headpiece with
the Veil as shown) then this is a "Set" purchase and thus both items must be
returned together when a refund is requested. If we do wave this policy,
the customer must pay the full retail price for the veil. |

9. Question:
Can I order more than one
headpiece and/or veil and return the one I
don't like for a refund?
|
|
Unless we have
the styles requested in stock, it's not our policy to sell multiple headpieces
and or veils knowing than one or all will be returned for a refund or exchange.
If we do make an exception, there will be a 20% re-stocking fee on the returned
headpiece or veil. |

Do you ship to Post Office Boxes?
|
|
Except for orders sent to Military
Bases or International Destinations, orders
must
be shipped to an address
deliverable by UPS.
|

All International
destinations (except for certain areas in Canada) are shipped via the U.S.
Postal Service. For these destinations, Post Office Boxes are acceptable. |

How can your prices be so low?

mark-up is much lower due to our lower operating costs. We pride ourselves

When you order, we need to know your name,
E-mail address, mailing address, credit card number, and expiration date. We
also ask for your earliest wear date. This allows us to process and
fulfill your order in time for your wear date, and to notify you when your order
is shipped. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to other
companies or individuals. |

Yes there is. Customers who refuse
delivery of there order will be charged a $15 refusal fee. Also, if the
customer was eligible for free ground shipping, White Dove Bridal will deduct
our standard shipping charge of $6.50 before a refund is issued. |

In order for our Shopping Cart to work properly, you must be

Shopping Cart, you choose your bridal products from drop-down menus. The
complete order will be displayed, showing sales tax (if any), shipping charges
and the total. You can check on the status of your order right from our
site.

for all on-line transactions. This gives you complete confidence that your order
information will not be available to prying eyes on the Internet. Your order is
sent to us safely
and securely. |
Throughout our
site, you will see drop-down menus as shown below. When you wish to
purchase a product, simply use the down arrows to make your selection (as well
as the color you would like) and then click on the "Add to Cart" button. Your
shopping cart will be displayed showing the product you're ordering, sales tax
(if you live in Texas), the standard UPS Ground shipping charges and the total.
