Hall of Shame This page is dedicated to those customers who use stolen credit cards, promise to pay for orders we rush ship without upfront payment, or those who order from us and then refuse delivery without any notification to us either by email or by phone. Our first inductee is Mrs Rebecca Mashak-Ward. Her address is 107 Maple Minneola, Kansas 67865. The phone number we have on file for her is: 316-617-5033. Rebecca had ordered a veil from us very close to her wedding. Since there was just enough time for us to deliver the veil to her, she choose not to pay additional shipping. However, when we tried to ship her order she had given us an address that the Postal Service (who we use to ship our products) could not deliver to. By the time she responded to us about her shipping address, it was getting very close to her wedding day. So, she asked if we would Overnight her veil. Even though we did not have time to process her credit card for the additional shipping before rushing to the Post Office to ship her veil, we did so anyway trusting that we could process her card for the additional Overnight shipping costs. To our dismay, when we tried to process her card it was declined. We then contacted Rebecca by email. She responded back to us via email and advised that her husband would contact us and pay for the additional shipping costs. However, this was not to be. We never heard from her husband or her again. We shipped the veil to Mrs Rebecca Mashak-Ward back before Christmas, but we have yet to hear back from her concerning the additional shipping charge. It is now very obvious to us that she has no intention of paying for our cost to rush ship the veil to her. In hindsight, what we should have done is held her order until we processed her card, but we wanted to help her out by making sure she received the veil before her wedding. For the above reasons, Rebecca Mashak-Ward is our first Hall of Shame inductee.
