Except for most orders shipped directly from our designers (drop-shipped), as requested by the customer, we ship all orders via the United States Postal Service.  Sorry, but we do not ship to Post Office Boxes.

Customers who qualify for our free shipping offer, and then subsequently return an item or items for a refund (which brings there actual purchase below $150.00), shall have our standard shipping cost of $6.95 deducted before a refund issued.

* Free standard shipping is for packages shipped via Priority Mail, Parcel Post, First Class Mail UPS Ground or FedEx Ground, with a weight of 2 pounds or less (including up to $100 in insurance coverage).  For packages weighing more than 2 pounds and/or placed in a large box due to necessity, and/or packages requiring more then $100 in insurance coverage, additional shipping charges may apply.

In most cases, packages shipped directly to the customer from our designers (drop-shipped), are shipped via UPS or FedEx.

Drop-ship customers living in Alaska or Hawaii may be subject to being charged our UPS 2nd Day Air rate.
